Order information

The order form updates your total as you choose views. When you continue to payment, we save your post link, view quantity, email, price, order reference, payment status, and acceptance of our policies. We use Supabase to store these records and manage manual delivery. Your email and order reference are sent to UroPay to create the payment. Your Instagram post link is not sent as payment metadata. Purchase tracking uses an order reference, currency, and total; it does not include your email or post link. A local browser marker helps avoid counting the same purchase twice.

Your browser keeps a private order-access cookie so you can check your payment. The current tab also keeps the details needed to retry the same checkout safely. Order-access cookies expire after 30 days. Closing the tab clears its temporary checkout information.

What happens when you contact support

You can use the options on our contact page. Messages you choose to send are handled by the service you use to send them. We use the information you share to respond to your question. Please do not send passwords, login codes, or payment details.

Website and hosting data

This site uses Vercel to serve its pages. Like other hosting services, it may process technical request information needed to deliver the site and protect the service. We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, price preset choices, quantity changes, order reviews, checkout starts, confirmed purchases, and WhatsApp button clicks. Google Analytics may set cookies and process information about your visit. We do not send your Instagram post link or WhatsApp number as event details. We store order records in a private Supabase database. We also store a hashed request identifier to limit repeated requests. Only authorized order-management access can view customer order details. Contact support with questions about your records or to request deletion, subject to records we need to retain for payment, dispute, or legal purposes.

Payment, delivery, and refunds

UroPay hosts the payment page. We do not collect your payment password, card security code, or bank login. We confirm the payment with UroPay before marking an order paid. Our team delivers paid orders manually. A payment confirmation is not a claim that delivery has already finished. Read the service policy and refund policy for the current terms.
